4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Plan: ₹0 - Limited features and usage quotas

Pro Plan: ₹2,399/month - Enhanced features and higher quotas

Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing - Unlimited features with dedicated support

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Abuse or overload our infrastructure
• Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Scrape or extract data without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service. You grant us a license to host, store, and process your content to provide the Service.

Our Service: All rights, title, and interest in DevFlowHub, including software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Usage Limits and Quotas

Each plan has specific usage limits for AI tokens, preview time, sandbox runs, and deployments. Exceeding these limits may result in service interruption or additional charges. We reserve the right to modify quotas with reasonable notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss except in cases of our gross negligence.

10. Refund Policy

Pro Plan subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period. Contact support for special circumstances.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse the Service or harm other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account settings.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevFlowHub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
